ADVANCED WAREHOUSING TECHNOLOGY

Cargo location made simple through a computerized tracking system continuously linked with the in-house Customs computer as it now offers complete one-day cargo processing, from cargo location and documentation, duty computation and collection, to actual import releases. Through the WOS/CATCH (Warehousing Operating System/Customs Automated Tax Checking) computer linkup between the Bureau of Customs and warehouse, cargo clearing procedures speed up. WOS is especially designed to streamline the whole warehousing operation and supports conventional warehouse. Also, our computer system is already on-line with the Automated Customs Operating System (ACOS) of the Bureau of Customs.

MULTI-RACKING SYSTEM

768 sq. meters three level multi-racking systems for regular sized and shaped cargo, accommodating a total of 204 pallet position. It is capable of storing 1CBM per position at an average of 500kg per positions.
Some of the designated racks are as follows:
Dangerous Goods - 30 Pallet Positions
Regular Cargoes - 460 Pallet Positions
Return Cargoes - 72 Pallet Positions

BULK AREA

1,600 sq. meters at the ground floor warehouse and 526.18 sq. meters for bulky and oversized cargoes and 859 sq. meters for Export Area for Fedex Shipments.

COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

An electronic digital PABX multi tenant communication system that includes a customized calling feature, data connectivity, networking and two-way radio/phone patching.
